I'm looking to own a trampoline for the household in the future, and I'd like it to be safe, bouncy, but above all, something capable of lasting awhile. However, there's so many brands out there that it's really hard to determine which one is better than the other. After some digging around, I've narrowed my options down to:
1) Olympus Pro 14x16 XHD (seems to be built like a tank and performs very well),
2) JumpSport/AlleyOop 10x17 or 14' PowerDouble (innovations in safety and performance),
3) SpringFree 155 (unique take on trampoline design)
and 4) Magic Circle's 16' octagon (relatively inexpensive but very sturdy).
If anyone out there has used one or more of these brands in the past--or has another suggestion they'd like to bring to the table--, I would be grateful to hear some feedback.

There's nothing quite as poor as a bad hand in cards. Not only does a bad hand get you off on the wrong foot, so to speak, but it can completely ruin your day if you've foolishly bet your house/caravan/camel/wife on it. Now, you can, with a touch of sly and cunning, turn every hand into a devastating weapon against your foes and reveal astonishing mind powers by not only predicting their hands, b...

How do we treat the baby after cutting mother-baby code if it is a natural home birth?
(without any help from a doctor or a mid-wife?)
i dont have a peny to spend on hospital bills or health insurance.
Firstly, be aware that cutting the cord isn't an emergency. Its fine to delay doing this. Most homebirthers wait at least an hour, or until the cord has become thin and white (instead of thick, purple-red, and ropy).
You should buy some cord clamps, clamp the cord twice, and cut in between the clamps (clean boiled metal scissors). Or, make some cord ties (plaited embroidery thread is popular), and boil them before using.
But I agree that an unassisted homebirth is not something to enter into doing lightly. While most births go fine, if you're at home on your own, you need to be very well informed about labour and childbirth, and know how to react if something goes wrong and can be handled at home, and when to realise that you may need to go to hospital. I recommend looking at some freebirth/unassisted birth websites, and also buying a great book that many freebirthers and homebirthers use as a reference - "Emergency Childbirth" by Gregory White.
